SPLOT / Fair play

Provably fair. Nobody can rig it.

“You rigged it” is the first thing anyone says after losing. With SPLOT, you can show you didn’t.

How it works

  1. Seal. Before the reveal, SPLOT picks a secret random number (the seed) and shows its fingerprint: PROOF #B3EA49C8. The fingerprint is a SHA-256 hash, so it locks the seed without giving it away.
  2. Reveal. The names spin and land. The result is calculated only from the seed, the players, the bill and what happened in the game.
  3. Replay. Every result gets a Fate Replay link. Anyone who opens it re-runs the exact same calculation on their own phone. If someone edited a name, an amount or the seed, the result won’t match and the link shows TAMPERED.

Why it matters

Credit card roulette, coin flips and “random” apps ask you to trust whoever is holding the phone. SPLOT’s result can be checked by anyone, any time, from a link. The proof travels with the result.

What it does and doesn’t prove

A Fate Replay proves the result wasn’t changed after the game and that the spin really lands where the app said. Like any game on one phone, it trusts the phone that started the round to pick a fresh random seed.

Settle it. Then prove it.

Play on SPLOT and share the Fate Replay link with the group chat.
